Corrective Action(s): Prepare 200 ppm Quat sanitizer. Ensure sanitizer is available when the business is in operation. Store wiping cloths in the sanitizer so they are ready to be used.

Corrective Action(s): Dilute the sanitizer to 200 ppm before using. Use test strips to check the concentration. Repair/adjust the dispenser so the sanitizer coming out is at 200 ppm.

- Coolers (walk-in, undercounter, prep) are < or = 4C. Walk-in cooler is shared with 7-Eleven. Adequate separation available between the two businesses.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. No concerns with manual dishwashing procedures (except for sanitizer concentration)
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in bucket with wiping cloths (after correction)
