Corrective Action(s): Dilute the sanitizer to 200 ppm before using. Use test strips to check the concentration. Repair/adjust the dispenser so the sanitizer coming out is at 200 ppm. Adequate separation available between the two businesses. - Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. No concerns with manual dishwashing procedures (except for sanitizer concentration) - 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in bucket with wiping cloths (after correction) - Food containers are covered - Utensils are stored in ice water - No signs of pests observed during inspection - Premise is well lit - Permit is posted
