Previous infractions have been corrected. General sanitation has improved in hard to clean areas. Ensure sure to also clean inside fans of walk in coolers regularly. Equipment food contact surfaces have been cleaned and upgraded. Use of ice wands to cool bulk foods now in use. Good. Light covers have now been installed where they were missing. Operator informs me the kitchen fan will be replaced as it is too old to be used. The fan is not in use. Good work on the improvements and keep up with the cleaning schedule as needed.
