- Back storage area has been cleaned and sanitized on shelves - no evidence of rodent droppings - EXCELLENT!
- Three compartment sink set up with 200ppm Chlorine solution - EXCELLENT!
- Back door was closed upon arrival of inspector - EXCELLENT!
- Cooked meat in the process of cooling properly in shallow containers and with lids slightly open to allow for hot air to escape - EXCELLENT!
