Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two containers of cooked noodles were being stored at room temperature. The temperature of the noodles were 15-17C
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded noodles at the time of the inspection. She reported they had been brought out during the lunch rush. Potentially hazardous foods must be kept at >60C or 4C or colder.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0ppm Chlorine detected in dishwasher rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Use take out containers to serve food until dishwasher is repaired. Manually sanitize dishes used for food preparation. Use test strips to verify sanitizer concentration is 100ppm chlorine.

Observation: Two cockroaches were noted in the dishwasing area and mouse droppings noted under dry storage shelving.
Corrective Action(s): Contact Pest Control and take immediate action. Pest Control contract is in place with monthly visits. More frequent visits are needed. Clean up mouse droppings and disinfect area. Pest Control company arrived on-site at the time of the inspection.

Observation: Grease soaked newspaper and cardboard noted in premises and cardboard, newspaper and empty bottles/cans present in facility. A hole was noted in the wall across from the washrooms.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all newspaper and cardboard as this can attract cockroaches. Remove empty bottles/cans from the facility. Seal hole in the wall. Correction date: October 25/16

4) Dry storage shelving and floor underneath
5) Dishwashing area
