- All coolers temperature at 4 degree C or less
- Chest freezer temperature at -18 degree C
- Upright freezer at the back is used as cooler, temperature tested 0 degree C
- Flour is stored off the floor
- Chlorine in sanitizer bucket tested > 100 ppm
- Wiping clothes are fully immersed in the sanitizer
