Routine: General sanitation is satisfactory Hot and cold running water was available Liquid soap and paper towel present at sink for handwashing Fridges 4 C / 4 C and freezers were functioning Chest freezer was -15 C Domestic dishwasher (with sanitizing cycle) present. Dishwasher instructions posted on unit No signs of pest activity noted during inspection Corrections required: 1.Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces *Ensure bleach sanitizer solution is prepared and stored in a labeled spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine (half cap bleach per 1 L water) 2.Permit posted *Ensure updated decal is placed on permit (noted Mar 31, 2017 decal) - decal is sent to City of Burnaby and forwarded to Edmonds Neighborhood Resource Centre.
