- Hot holding units temperature at 60 degree C or above
- Low temperature dishwasher chlorine residual at plate surface measured 100 ppm
- Glass washer chlorine residual at plate surface measured 50 ppm
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle measured 200 ppm
- Raw meat and ready-to-eat food are stored separately
- No sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
