Follow-up inspection. At time of inspection all in-use wiping cloths that were not being used were stored in buckets of bleach sanitizer. The restaurant was not busy at time of inspection and therefore minimal food handling activity was occurring in the kitchen. Based on observations, staffs hygiene and food handling practices were satisfactory. Additional utensils have been provided for staff to gather ingredients for each dish. Owner called at time of inspection that they purchased additional utensils and was in the process of bringing them back to the restaurant for use.
