- Service technician present at time of inspection. Explained that hot water ran out previously because dishwasher was using up the hot water. - Service technician advised operator and staff to always turn on dishwasher in the morning before facility opens, or always have dishwasher turned on even during non-operational hours - Dishwasher rinse cycle reached 72C at plate level at time of inspection - Hot water available at the taps at ~46C *Reminder to have more staff complete FoodSafe training and certification.
