Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Sanitizer dispenser dispensed less than 50 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer.
2. Sanitizer spray bottles measured with 100 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer.
3. Low temperature dishwasher dispensed less than 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Operator prepared 100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer in buckets, spray bottles and 3 compartment sink. Sanitize all food surfaces with the newly prepared sanitizer.

402 - Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staffs does not wash their hands at an adequate frequency. Only two staffs observed washing their hands during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed with manager on proper hand washing frequency. Education must be provided to staffs on hand washing.

Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the sanitizer dispenser to ensure 50-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer is dispensed. Correct by: Oct 23, 2020.

Routine inspection:
- Coolers (walk-in, under the counter, stand-up, milk) maintained at 4C or less.
- Freezers (walk-in, under the counter, overhead) were functional.
- Hot food maintained at above 60C. Instructed manager to increase the temperature for one of the unit as food were at borderline 60C.
- Smoothie machine maintained 4C for the milk products inside.
- 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in pails with wiping clothes stored inside.
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- Covid19 safety pan available on site for review
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- No pest activities observed at the time of the inspection. Professional pest control reports available.
- Missing signage at the self-serving kiosk to remind customers sanitize hands before using the kiosk. Add signage to this area..
