Comments

-Serviceman repaired hot water tank and it is now maintaining water at 59C. Recommend slightly reducing temperature to prevent any scalding issues. -Order Rescinded. -Dishwasher reached 73C at the plate during final rinse. -All fridges are 4C or colder -All freezers are -18C or colder -Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks -Quat sanitizer measured 200ppm residual -General sanitization is overall good -Granted Health Approval to Open
