Routine inspection. Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Coolers at 4c or below. Drawer freezer at -18c. Hot holding at >60c. Quat sanitizer at 200ppm concentration. Sanitizer is in spray bottle that is labelled. Employee observed to be wearing proper protective wear. Overall sanitation is adequate. No pest issues noted during inspection. Albel pest control provides routine inspections. Operator has provided a copy of the last pest control inspection reports to environmental health officer during time of inspection.
