Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Grill spatulas are again placed in room temperature water in a container on the floor. Keep in clean dry container and change every 4 hours or keep in ice water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dirty cloths observed on countertops. Keep immersed in sanitizer except when actively in use.
Quats sanitizer spray was 100 ppm. Keep quats sanitizer between 200 and 400 ppm.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Neither kitchen nor front grill area hand sinks had paper towel in their dispensers at time of inspection. Replaced during inspection.
Keep hand sinks stocked at all times. Failure to do so will result in progressive enforcement, including the issuing of a violation ticket.

Also keep a waste basket immediately adjacent to the sink for easy use. Kitchen hand sink has no paper towel in dispenser; paper towel roll is on top of fridge, hard to use, flies have settled on roll. Keep your dispenser stocked. )
