Observation: Undercounter cooler (with containers of chopped lettuce) was at 10 deg C at time of inspection. Manager on site indicated that it was at <4 deg C this morning, per temperature log.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, if this cooler goes above 4 deg C/40 deg F for long periods of time and is only cold in the morning, this could cause bacterial growth on the food. Ensure the cooler maintains 4 deg C or less consistently throughout the day. Food should not be above 4 deg C for more than 2 hours

Premises is located within Walmart
-Handwash station in back area equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-All coolers at 4 deg C with exception of above mentioned cooler
-All potential hazardous food items left at ambient temperatures at line cooler inserts were time stamped per corporate food safety plan
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
- Hot held food items at 60 deg C or greater
-General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pests at time of inspection
