All coolers measuring 4 degrees C or less.
Freezing units measure -18 degrees C or less.
QUAT sanitizer initially measured high. Instructed operator proper concentration required for food contact surfaces - 200 ppm. Test strips provided to ensure concentration is met.
Dishwasher final rinse 75.9 degrees at the plate surface.
Sanitation is very good and premise is well maintained.
No signs of pests at time of inspection.
