Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A handwashing sink in the drive-thru area used for washing drink drip trays.
Corrective Action(s): Do not obstruct or block handwashing stations at all time. Handwashing stations must be easily accessible to all staffs at all time.

Observation: Scoops for dispensing french fries on top of the fries hot holding unit. Dust build-up noted on top of the unit.

-QUATS sanitizer from the dispenser noted at 200 ppm as per test strips
-washroom facilities in sanitary condition
