General sanitation is excellent. All coolers < 4.0 C All freezers at -18 C Hot & cold running water - available. Two-compartment sink - satisfactory; drain stoppers - available. Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer. Front and kitchen handwashing stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers. Surface sanitizer - available (chlorine solution at 100 ppm). Dry storage area is well organized. Food is stored safely at the time of inspection (covered, off the floor & pests proof containers with proper lid). No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Washrooms - clean; supplied with liquid soap and paper towel. Note: FoodSafe certificates - available/wall-mounted.
