Observation: A number of mice droppings were observed behind the freezers and underneath and behidn the dry storage shelves in dry storage room. Dropping were also noticed behind pan storage unit and underneath dishwashing areas and ovens.
Corrective Action(s): 1. All open food items must be discarded immediatley.
2. All areas of the restaurantant including above areas must be cleaned thoroughly to remove all droppings. Pressure wash the floorss thorouhgly.
3. ABSOLUTELY nothing has to be stored on the floor overnight to prevent nesting sites.
4. Submit a pest control inspection report from a licensed pest control company by January 4th.

Observation: Food debris noticed behind and underneath equipment in the kitchen, underneath the oven, sinks and dishwashing areas.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all of the above areas to remove all food debris. Ensure all food items are stored in covered bins all times. (Immediately)

Correction order issued.
The operator will voluntarily close the restaurant to perform clean up and pest control efforts.
All equipment must be cleaned and sanitized thoroughly.
A licensed pest control company must be retained and inspection report must be submitted
Efforts must be made to locate any entry holes and harborage sites.
