Follow-up inspection conducted:

After the last routine inspection, Food Safety Plan for this particular location has been updated. This location has been approved to follow time monitoring system.
However, it was noted that the procedure was not being followed properly by staff at the time of the inspection. Food items that were supposed to be discarded at 1:05pm, 1:10pm and 1:15pm were still kept in the unit. Internal temperatures ranging from 44'C-48'C.

As per progressive enforcement, Correction Order issued at this time. Ensure staffs are trained regarding and follow strictly facility's recently approved time monitoring system.
