Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen staff member moved a garbage can without washing hands and also handled raw meat and touched food containers without washing hands in between.
Corrective Action(s): All staff must adhere to good hand hygiene and wash hands whenever they become contamination to prevent potential cross contamination. Reviewed proper hand hygiene practices with staff

Comments

-Inspection conducted with student Environmental Health Officer.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Glass door upright cooler was at 4C.
-Upright metal door cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -16C.
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer ranged from 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Ice machine clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and handwash stations equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Operator FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 16, 2023.
