No notification was received by Fraser Health of ownership change until December 2016 with an effective/possession date of Jan 9, 2017. Air must be removed from the lines before any chemical will enter the machine. -Quats sanitizer available @200ppm conc. -General sanitation is good - No pest issues noted. - Received Incorporation papers and application form from new owner - FSP/SP unchanged from previous ownership - No change to kitchen operations - Please pay operating permit fee in the sum of $62.50 (Jan 2017 - Mar 2017). --> Payment can be delivered in person to 300-205 Newport Dr, Port Moody
