Observation: Owner indicates that they gained possession of the food premises in September 2016. No notification was received by Fraser Health of ownership change until December 2016 with an effective/possession date of Jan 9, 2017.

Corrective Action: Operating permits are not transferrable. New owners/operators must notify Fraser Health prior to the possession date to ensure ownership changes are processed prior to or on the possession date.

* Ensure to prime pump(s) after replacing chemicals as the process of changing the chemical containers introduces air bubbles into the supply lines. Air must be removed from the lines before any chemical will enter the machine.
