Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Dishwasher final rinse chlorine sanitizer residual at the plate level was at 50 ppm.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside spray bottles.
Walk-in-cooler and other refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer units were at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
Cooling food temperatures (cooling food rapidly from 60 to 20 degrees C within 2 hours and then to 4 degrees C within 4 hours) were reviewed with the Operator.
Ice machine, ventilation hood, and prep. areas were in a condition.
Food storage areas were clean and organized.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Pest control program was in place via Abell.
Dry goods were stored inside covered containers.
Operator had taken an online Probe It Food Safety course last year and had valid equivalent FOODSAFE Level 1 course training.
