Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food handler wearing gloves touched raw meat and then proceeded to handle other containers and return those containers to the fridge without removing gloves.
Corrective Action(s): After handling raw meats, gloves must be removed before touching anything else and hands should be washed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Prep cooler food probed and found to be 10.9°
-Contents were removed
-Temperatures above 4°C and less than 60°C may allow the growth of pathogens in foods.
Corrective Action(s): -Foods removed and sliding door cooler will be used until prep cooler is fixed.
-Staff confirmed foods had been placed in the prope cooler more than 1 hour ago

Observation: -Sliding door cooler and prep cooler missing accurate thermometers.
