The kitchen cooler at 3.8 C;
Leak under 3-compartment sink & hand sink - repaired.

Recommendation: The premise has been approved with the prep. sink and dedicated prep. area - strongly recommended to verify the cleaning/preparation procedures - only 3-compartment sink is available for the business.
