Ventilation canopy has grease accumulation. Service was due in May 2017.

Comments

Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Coolers maintained at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
Freezers maintained at or below 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
Hot holding maintained above 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Temperature records well maintained.
Staff informed that one cooler was not working properly a few days ago but the cooler has since been serviced and maintaining proper temperatures. Great work!
- High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 78.6 degrees Celsius at dish level after the first attempt.
- Chlorine (bleach) sanitizer for kitchen = 100 ppm. Wiping clothes stored in sanitizer solution - good.
- QUAT sanitizer for dining area tables = 200 ppm.
- Dry storage area well organized.
- General organization of shelves, drawers, storage is excellent.
- Overall sanitation of kitchen and dining area excellent. Only concern is the ventilation canopy (see above).
- No signs of any pest activity at the time of inspection.
- Premises well lit.
