Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BCZQD7: Under the counter cooler requires further servicing by technician and in is currently not in use. Once serviced, place an accurate indicating thermometer and verify 4 degrees C or less before storing any cold potentially hazardous foods. Cleaning complete in the back food preparation area. Reminder to clean underneath behind all tables and shelves on a frequent basis.
