Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher observed to be out of soap. Once replaced, soap was being dispensed into wash cycle.

Clean top side of sandwich cooler daily as discussed. Remove lid to allow better access.
Reorganize dry food storage room and raise itesm up off the floor to allow better acess for cleaning.
