Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main hand wash station paper towel dispenser was empty. Paper towel was available a short walk away but this is not very convenient.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure paper towel is available at each hand wash station at all times.

Observation: Bus pan of tubes of raw ground meat found stored next to covered insert containers of ready to eat sliced tomatoes and other toppings.
Corrective Action(s): All raw meat must be stored completely seperate/below all other foods, especially ready to eat foods.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found a bottle of chemical unlabelled. Staff were able to identify it as a sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all bottles are labelled for quick and accurate identification.

Comments

- In the top of the line cooler closest to the walk in cooler several insert containers were double stacked. The top insert is not exposed to the recirculated cool air which makes it difficult to keep the food at or below 4C, please ensure inserts are inserted directly into the top of the cooler so they can stay cold. Note, lid of cooler was closed and product was at 4C during inspection.
- Two yellow pesticide strips found in bar area labelled as containing "dichlorvos" - products containing this chemical cannot be used in food areas or any other area that is frequented by people for longer than a few hours. The found strips appeared to be quite old and were discarded during inspection. Ensure these strips containing this chemical are not used in the food premises.
