Observation: 1. Raw wood holder of pizza boxes still covered in grease
2. Door of walk in cooler around latch still peeling and feels sticky.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces are smooth, durable, easy to clean and non-absorbent.
1. Paint, seal or replace box holder to meet requirements.
2. Remove old peeling material from walk in cooler door with material that meets the above requirements.
***REPEAT VIOLATION. If this is not addressed progressive enforcement may be used to get compliance.
