Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsinks.

Walk-in-cooler and other coolers were 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder.
Walk-in-freezer was -18 degrees C (0 degrees F) or colder.
Hot-held foods were 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) or hotter.
Time tracking was in place for condiments.

200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the spray bottle.
Ice machines were clean and the scoop was stored separately.

Note: Baked goods were added to this McDonalds a few months ago according to staff (without contacting the area E.H.O). Staff mentioned that an additional 6 white trays were added. If any additional trays/equipment is added, you must contact the area E.H.O. for health approval since there is no dishwasher at the McDonalds and the 3-compartment sink has a limited size.
