Corrective Action(s): Start logging glasswasher chlorine levels 2x per day, to ensure bottle is changed as needed.

Comments

Temperatures within required parameters. Sanitizers levels were critical on glasswasher, this is becoming too repetitive. This must be addressed to remedy this issue. Re-wash all glass ware in dishwasher prior to use.
