Comments

- Follow up inspection completed. Operator has removed some extra items from the food premises; however, has not yet complied with corrective actions from routine inspection 14-Jun.
- Operator indicated that the additional freezers were added as the freezer in the kitchen has had temperature fluctuation issues. If the freezer in the kitchen is not able to maintain food in a frozen state, it needs to be repaired or replaced.
