All handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
Food were stored off the floor and protected.
Hot hold units were holding food well above 60C.

Drain plugs were available for the 3-compartment sink for manual washing. At the start of the inspection, facility was out of detergent so all the dishwasher racks were removed to prevent staff from using the dish machine until detergent was obtained from another store. Detergent was delivered prior to the end of the inspection.
100 PPM chlorine residual detected on the plate level of the low temperature dish machine.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
FoodSafe certificate still valid for Manager - onsite at the time of inspection.

**Note: During the inspection, observed the lid of the ice bin propped within the bin as this indicates the bin needs to be filled. Going forward, please do not remove the lid and store within the bin to indicate filling as the lid may not be in a sanitary condition (e.g. hand contacts) and may contaminate the ice stored within.**
