- Prep cooler has been serviced; ambient temperature now at 1C. Food may be stored in prep cooler again.
- Accurate thermometer available for monitoring - ensure to check all cooler temperatures daily.
- No thawing of food was taking place at time of inspection. Reminder to only defrost foods in the refrigerator over night or under cold running water.

Note: Operator stated he has contacted Fraser Health's billing department with payment details for outstanding fee, however payment has not yet been processed. Health inspector to follow-up on this.
