Observation: Two prep line coolers were not working. No food items stored in this cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Equipment must be repaired as soon as possible. Food prep containers on the line are currently stored on ice bins. Ensure containers are submerged in ice and ice to be changed every two hours or less. Monitor these ice bins closely and record temperaturse. Keep minimal food items on the line and store the rest in the walk-in cooler.

Health permit valid and posted at the bar service area.
All hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer (in buckets and spray bottles) measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezers and other freezers were at or below -18 deg C.
In-line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Hot holding for soups, gravy, sauce was above 60 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Dishwasher final rinse measured 100 ppm at the plate surface.
Staff hygiene satisfactory - clean uniforms and hair restraint as well as hand washing observed
Observed no signs of pests during visit. Pest control monitoring in place.
Staff washrooms were adequately maintained.
General sanitation in the kitchen was satisfactory.
Dining room washrooms were in sanitary condition at time of inspection.
Server's area:
Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer concentration at 200 ppm
Ice scoop stored in sanitary manner
Bar area:
Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer concentration at 200 ppm (bucket and spray bottle).
Coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Glass ware washer had 100 ppm chlorine at plate surface.
Take out cooler (empty) was at 5 deg C. Hot holding cabinet was at 60 deg C.
Private room now in service.
