Corrective Action(s): Plastic wraps are intended to be used for single use disposable covering of food and not sides of a rack or shelf. Remove and if required replace with permanent, durable, smooth, easy to clean material.

- Spray bottles had 200 ppm QUATS
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine, test strips are on site
- Food is protected, covered, stored off the ground and labelled
*Reminder to replenish scooper water baths every 2 hours or fill with ice bath and replenish when ice has melted.
- Premises is maintained in a sanitary manner
