Walk-through inspection of the facility with QA manager.
The facility has SQF level 2 certification. The facility received 96% in the last audit.
Touchless hand wash stations available at the entrance. All employees have to wash and sanitize their hands before entering the production area.

* UV vector light traps showed some fungus gnats and drain flies. Recommended frequent cleaning of the drains to control drain flies and gnats.
* More frequent and thorough cleaning required in the wall corners outside the mixing room (areas where metal railing meets the floor).
*Recommended covering the floor drains during production hours to prevent accumulation of flour in the drains.
The bakery production and storage area is fogged once a month with a pyrethrin based ULV insecticide for pest control.
The ULV application is done during non-production hours. All machinery is cleaned and sanitized the following day prior to starting productin
