Overall premise is clean and well-maintained.
Walk-in fridge is 3 Celsius, well organized; foods dated and labeled.
Dishwasher had 50 ppm Chlorine. Good
Undercounter diswasher reached 79 Celsius at plate level as per min/max thermometer.
No sign of pests.
Hand sinks are stocked and working.
Quats sanitizer was 200 ppm.
