Observation: Observed a can/container holder in the back preparation area moved to a different location on the prep table, which made drill holes on the prep table. Holes on the table had visible accumulation of grease and dust.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the holes immediately and have it sealed so that the table is smooth on all surfaces and are easily cleanable

**Observed some items in the prep cooler stocked up higher than the marked height in inserts. Ensure to not have it overfilled as overfilling will create temperature difference in the inserts where top portion is considerably warmer than the bottom. Continuous findings may result in progressive enforcement**
