Liquid soap and paper towel were present at handwashing stations in the kitchen, server station and in the staff and public washroom
Walk-in cooler was at 4C
Sliding door cooler was at 1C
Prep coolers were at 4C
Ice cream freezer was at -19C
Upright freezer was at -8C
High temperature dishwasher achieved 75.4C in the final rinse at the dish surface measured with peak holding thermometer
Bleach present for sanitizing food contact surfaces

Some containers of cut vegetables and cheese were at room temperature during the lunch service time. Ensure that only a small quantity of product is in containers and that food is not left out for greater than 2 hours. Note that this time is cumulative and food must not be repeatedly left out and returned to cooler.
