311 corrected. Back wall in the prep area and corner wall beside the freezers in the dining area have been repaired and refinished. Washable wall that is light in color was installed in the back and tiling done in the area where the cabinet counter has been removed. Prep table to be installed where the wall has been replaced. Painting currently being done inside and outside of the building (during off hours). Garbage disposal area is also scheduled to be re-painted and gate fixed. Once this is completed, area will be power washed. Walk-in freezer temperature was at -15 deg C at time of visit. Temperature in the morning (temp log) was at or below -18 deg C. Kitchen area - older counter tops and storage shelves and other worn out area will be replaced (one area at a time).
