Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash sink stations, including both customers' washrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
200 PPM QUAT detected in the sanitizer buckets in the front and prep areas. 200 PPM QUAT detected at the dispenser unit by the 3-part sink.
QUAT sanitizer test strips available.
Facility uses 3-part sink to perform manual dishwashing. Drain plugs available.
Refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C.
Freezer units were at ≤ -18C.
All food in the walk-in units were stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Hot hold units were noted > 60C.
General sanitation of the premises were excellent. Deep fryer, MerryChef oven and the ice machine were noted in excellent sanitary condition at the time of inspection.
Temperature logs well maintained.
No sign of pest activities noted at the time of inspection.
