Comments

- SafeServ certification now considered equivalent to BC's FoodSafe course
- Minor build up of grease in high foot traffic areas (ex walk in cooler at base of shelving units) - recommend a deep clean
- Plumbing at base of veggie wash sink has slow leak and tape found around perimeter of lid of frozen meat patty freezer in front of the grill. Manager already has called in for repair of both units and parts on special order. Bucket in place under sink and tape changed regularly in mean time until repairs complete in a few weeks - ok.
Other observations:
√ Coolers ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C, Hot holding ≥60°C

√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm
√ General sanitation and maintenance is good
√ No signs of pest infestation noted
√ Thermometers present
√ Temperature logs maintained
√ Staff with FoodSafe equivalent present
