All hand sinks fully stocked
* Except one of the grill line hand sink - no soap available. Dispenser is broken; operator provided liquid soap at the time of inspection.
Please fix the dispenser on or before Oct 22, 2016.

Uttam Pizza section used for making sweets for Diwali time (Nov 2nd). No issues at this time.

Chlorine sanitizer >100 ppm provided in buckets.

No pest activity noted at this time, however please ensure that you are keeping up with sanitation and food protection to prevent attracting pests.

All coolers < 4 degrees C
All freezers < -18 degrees C

No hot holding.

General sanitation has improved however premise still requires organization to to ensure sanitary maintenance. Remove items not needed for operation from facility. Keep all items off of the floor on shelving / crates.
