Observation: Currently there are many large pots/woks in the kitchen that do not fit into the 3 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Operator indicates that these are the same pots/woks that have been used since opening the premises. Follow up will be conducted to verify whether the sanitizing procedure (filling the large pots/woks with soap and water, then dumping in the sinks, then filling with bleach/water, then dumping in the sinks) is sufficient.

-back area kitchen is only used to washing/sanitizing dishes
-no food prep/packaging is done in the back area
-Food storage in walk in cooler: walk in cooler at 3.1 deg C
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.6 deg C on rinse cycle
