Corrective Action(s): Must keep tempura above 60 C, prepare small amounts at a time and discard after 2 hours or make each tempura to order.

2. Found Oyster shells being reused to serve customers.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all cardboard, corrugated plastic, newspaper, aluminium foil, duct tape, and Styrofoam through out premises. In their place increase cleaning, repair broken equipment and surfaces and use appropriate food grade containers (i.e.sushi fish in cooler)
