2. Found a piece of raw wood in rice bin used to measure out rice.

Observation: 1. Found multiple pieces of cardboard, corrugated plastic, newspaper, aluminium foil, duct tape and Styrofoam being used throughout the premises in coolers, on shelves, floor, on equipment and as a food container (i.e. sushi fish in cooler)
2. Found Oyster shells being reused to serve customers.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all cardboard, corrugated plastic, newspaper, aluminium foil, duct tape, and Styrofoam through out premises. In their place increase cleaning, repair broken equipment and surfaces and use appropriate food grade containers (i.e.sushi fish in cooler)
