Ensure green potatoes are culled.
Replace the broken thermometer in the refrigerated sandwich making unit.
Check temperature of equipment daily and record. There has been no entry on the log sheet since June.
Replace the handle for the glass sliding door fridge in the kitchen. The taped up surface does not allow for proper cleaning.
General sanitation is satisfactory. However, some food debris has accumulated under the grill in the kitchen.
Temperature of refrigeration units and hot holding units are satisfactory.
Sanitizer is detected in the dishwasher and glasswasher.
No obvious pest infestation noted.
