Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink located on the east side of the cooking area (by the washrooms) had no liquid soap and paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Provide liquid soap and paper towels at this hand sink. Supplies ran out and waiting for the delivery. Roll of paper towel was provided and temporary pump style soap while waiting for supply.

Observation: No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Trapping and monitoring in place.
Corrective Action(s): Continue with the pest control monitoring. Ensure there is contract with pest control company.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Back of the cooking area had no debris. Dry storage was organized and no debris noted on the floor. Dishwashing area still have some grime on the floor and walls. Flooring was free of debris but there was still grime and greasiness.
Corrective Action(s): Continue with the cleaning. Once a steam cleaner has been obtained, then greasiness will be easier to clean off. Clean garbage cans, compost bin and other bin in the dishwashing area since they are filthy and grimey.

Walk-in cooler was clean and organized.
Sanitizer bleach was available at 100 ppm.
Improvements on sanitation of the kitchen was noted.
