Follow-up to inspection #252921 - routine 06/29

The following changes have been made:
- Prep cooler (left) now has air temperature of 4 deg.C as per probe thermometer. Probed deli meat measured 4 deg.C.

Action items remain
- High temperature dishwasher will be serviced by 06/30 at end of day according to operator.
- 2 door cooler will be serviced by 07/02.

* Remain storing only whole vegetables (non-PHFs) and no perishable items in 2 door cooler.

* Continue to use manual method for sanitizing dishes. Discussed how to prepare 100ppm solution with operator.
- Submerge for 2 minutes then air dry.
