Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff soaking rice grains in the handwashing sink. Please use 2-compartment sink to prepare food.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing sink are unobstructed, well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times. Only handwashing sink is to be used for handwashing, not for food preparation.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 200ppm chlorine final rinse.
Prep coolers, under counter cooler, and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers at back of house measured at -18C or lower.
Dry storage, exhaust hood vents satisfactory. Food observed to be off the floor.

The following violation was corrected that was noted in report#JCHY-CWYQGQ.
-kitchen floor surface observed to be finished to ensure smooth, non-porous material.

Overall, facility sanitation satisfactory.
